Step 1: Book Your Session

• Select the photography package that best fits your needs.

• Complete a personalized questionnaire tailored to your session.

• Sign the session contract.

• Submit a 25% non-refundable retainer to officially secure your date.

Step 2: Plan the Details

• Once your session is booked, planning begins!

• If you selected “yes” in your questionnaire, you’ll receive a link to my curated Pinterest board for outfit inspiration. These looks are selected to complement my editing style.

• I recommend choosing complementary colors and varying shades over matching tones for the best visual balance.

• You’ll also have access to my client closet, which includes a growing collection of clothing in various sizes.

Step 3: Choose Your Location

• For 30-minute sessions, a location may be pre-selected if I have multiple sessions scheduled on the same day.

• If location selection is open, you’re welcome to:

  • Explore my curated Location Guide on the website.

  • Send me a couple of your favorites.

  • Or let me know the scenery you’re envisioning, and I’ll offer suggestions.

Step 4: Session Prep

• The week of your session, I’ll check the weather and reach out to confirm everything is on track.

• The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session.

Step 5: Session Day

• I will arrive early to scout the location and finalize a game plan.

• No need to worry about posing—I’ll have a variety of poses prepared and will guide you through the session.

• If your session includes an outfit change, I’ll bring a pop-up changing tent for convenience.

• Throughout the shoot, I’ll show you a few previews and check in at the end to make sure we captured everything you had in mind.

Step 6: Post-Session Deliverables

• Each session includes:

  • Polaroid keepsakes

  • One 8x10 print

  • A personalized online gallery

• I’ll also share sneak peeks on my social media platforms. These can be saved for online sharing, but I don’t recommend using them for printing.

• Once your full gallery is ready, you’ll receive a download link via email. Downloaded images will be high-resolution and watermark-free. (Please note: screenshots may display watermarks and reduce image quality.)

Step 7: Image Selection & Delivery

• You’ll select the number of images included in your package for download.

• You’ll also have the option to purchase additional images or the entire gallery if desired.

Step 8: Final Edits & Archive

• You have 2 weeks after gallery delivery to request any edits.

• After that period, your images will be safely archived in permanent storage.
